Returns and refunds

GlowRaid sales are final, and we do not accept change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact organicempire13@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide instructions.

This policy does not exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or warranty rights.
